Flexibel en re-montabel

De bouwkundige opzet van het gebouw is volledig gefocust op een simpele montage principe. Hierbij worden alle materialen en koppelingen dusdanig prefab aangeleverd dat bij de assemblage geen hoge deskundigheid vereist is.
Het gewicht van de verschillende elementen speelt hierbij een belangrijke rol door te stellen dat elk onderdeel door maximaal twee personen moet worden gehanteerd.

RWAV ziet het hergebruik van alle afzonderlijke onderdelen als een belangrijke pijler van het concept en bepaald o.a. de constructie, de montage en de levensduur van het geheel. Een bijkomend voordeel van deze modulaire bouw is de mogelijkheid om het zogenaamde levensloop model toe te passen waar de gebruiker aan -en afbouwt naar gelang de persoonlijke leefsituatie tijdens zijn of haar leven.
Flexible and re-mountable
The architectural design of the building is fully focused on a simple assembly principle. All materials and joints are supplied prefabricated in such a way that no high expertise is required during assembly.
The weight of the various elements play an important role by stating that each part must be handled by a maximum of two people.
RWAV sees the reuse of all individual parts as an important pillar of the concept and determines, among other things, the construction, assembly and the lifespan of the whole. An additional advantage of this modular construction is the possibility to apply the so-called life-course model, which the user adjusts to and decreases according to the personal living situation during his or her life.
